We recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure availability. While many clients inquire 6–12 months in advance, we welcome projects of all timelines based on our studio’s availability

Wedding Booking Window

For the most intentional and seamless design experience, Stacy Armand Events accepts a limited number of celebrations each year. Our wedding design experience is typically reserved 6–18 months prior to the event date, with the most active design and production process beginning approximately 6–12 months before the celebration. This allows  us to provide each celebration with the most current creative direction, production resources, and trusted vendor partnerships.

Planning more than 18 months ahead? We would still love to hear from you. Inquiries may be submitted in advance, with formal booking becoming available once your celebration enters our reservation window.

Every project is thoughtfully commissioned based on its scope, creative direction, and production requirements. We believe every experience is unique, which is why each proposal is carefully tailored to reflect your vision.

Our signature weddings typically begin with a Wedding Design & Production Investment of $100,000 +

Creative Direction & Design Commissions begin at $15,000 with production investments customized once the design direction and project scope have been established.

Brand Experiences, Social Event Design, Editorial Styling, and Creative Productions are commissioned on a custom basis following your Discovery Consultation.
