Venexiana- her collections touched upon various eras the 70’s disco era, with long flowy dresses. The Black appliques and lace gave me an 80’s feeling. I didnt know where the collection was going as a whole,but as each piece separate she create amazing designs.

So far most exciting show of the season. I was truly inspired. My heart actually skipped a beat awaiting piece after piece. There were four designers in this collective. Tiffany Amber, Jewel by Lisa, Eric Raisina, and David Tlale.

Academy of art- Futuristic look with french couture aesthetics. My Favorite was Richelle Valenzuela. Used lots of organza to make cool pleated shapes and garments produced great movement. Yesterday I was able to see the Spring/Summer collections of Maticevski and Thuy.
Maticevski gave me the feeling of a warm sun-kissed Spring day. The color palette was filled with light blushes, greys and fleshtones with intermittent splashes of black.

Monarchy Spring 2010 was a great show. The looks were very egdy from cropped jackets to paperbag shorts. Garments had a relaxed fit, nonetheless it did capture a sexy and sleek feel.
